Today was Ibish’s birthday. Ibish invited his friends to the celebration, especially his close friend Tima. At first, the guests’ toasts and warm camaraderie seem heartfelt. After Tima abruptly leaves, his intoxicated friends begin speaking ill of his wife, and their chat quickly escalates into an argument. One drunk guest even airs circulating rumors about Tima at the table. Shocked by what he hears, Ibish can hardly believe his ears. Tonight, Ibish faces a tough decision, both dangerous and difficult.

The wedding day planned by Lala's father is fast approaching. Emil realizes that time is against him and he must act urgently. At that moment, an opportunity arises: Lala's father is leaving town for a few days to prepare for the wedding. Emil asks her brother Zaur for help in saving Lala from this marriage. Zaur, however, is faced with a difficult choice - his father's will, family traditions and influence in society, or loyalty to his friend and protecting his sister from the same fate.

While the Second Nagorno-Karabakh war rages on far away from Baku, Azerbaijan, Banu has four days to find someone to support her in court against her influential soon to be ex-husband, Javid. He is trying to get full custody of their son Ruslan by claiming that Banu suffers from psychiatric issues. Ursus is a story of three outcasts—Georgian unemployed film director, Ukrainian ex-stuntman and a Canadian female fighter for the wild animals' rights—making their desperate journey from Tbilisi, the capital of ex-Soviet Georgia plunged into a civil war, to Berlin at the beginning of 1992. Each of the three characters pursues their own goal without even knowing how much their fates are intertwined.

Along with the dangerous adventures, the film also reflects the love of two young heroes. As in Romeo and Juliet, they are the children of two opposing sides.

Maryam, an immigrant living in the US returns to her small village in Azerbaijan after discovering that her father is alive and residing in a psychiatric facility. She tries to help recover his mind with her memories but the struggle against the disease turns into a fight with her own conscience.

Each screenplay in the project reflects different moments in the life of Baku. Short films bring to life relationships between people, their love and longing, happy and sad moments. The main hero uniting these people, relations and different moments of life is the city of Baku.
