Killa, a Quechua speaking young girl, approaches Francisco, a Spanish speaking business man, in the street. However, the language difference makes it difficult for them to communicate.

Aurelio and Isabel, an elderly couple living in an old house, have only each other. Upon hearing of Aurelio's impending death, Isabel tries to please him, and he, moved by an old bolero, proposes fulfilling one last wish: to make love again.
