Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi is a Japanese actor, renowned for his extensive work in V-Cinema and action-oriented roles. He began his professional training at the Japan Action Club (JAC) at the age of 16, developing skills in martial arts, stunts, and stage combat that have shaped his long career. He has appeared in a variety of V-Cinema films, with most prominent work being the ongoing Unification of Japan (日本統一) series (2013-present).

Not long after the end of the Tohoku conflict, Kyowakai Chairman Kudo (Hakuryu) is attacked. He narrowly survives, but soon after, Himuro (Yasukaze Motomiya) is also shot by a hitman. Thanks to a counterattack led by Tamura (Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi) and the others, the assailants are captured, revealing that the attack was ordered by Sakashita, head of the Sakashita-gumi in Fukui, a group connected to the West Japan Mutsumikai. Seeking revenge, Kawatani (Hitoshi Ozawa) takes the lead in preparing Kyowakai for a full-scale war against the West Japan Mutsumikai, mobilizing the entire organization. However, Kudo intervenes and orders a withdrawal from Fukui.

After taking out Sakashita, head of the Sakashita-gumi in Fukui, Himuro (Yasukaze Motomiya) learns from Kawatani (Hitoshi Ozawa) that the true mastermind behind the attack on Kyowakai Chairman Kudo (Hakuryu) is Fukumoto (Keiji Matsuda), the second chairman of the West Japan Mutsumikai. Kyowakai formally declares war on the West Japan Mutsumikai. Under Kawatani’s orders, Himuro and his men move to bring Nagoya and Gifu, Kyoto, and Hokuriku under Kyowakai control. However, Toki, head of the Toki-gumi, who rules Gifu, learns that the killing of his sworn brother Sakashita was the work of Kyowakai—and begins resisting them.

Kiryu Mamoru, a subordinate boss of the Tomogashira Group, earns a living through the shady business of "yamikin" or underground lending. He preys on desperate customers who cannot get loans from legitimate lenders, charging exorbitant interest rates of 30% in 10 days or even 90% in some cases, in violation of the law. With the backing of his yakuza group, he employs extremely vicious and unethical methods...

Minami mistakenly kills a gangster associate of his named Brother. Almost as soon as the murder takes place, the body of the deceased man is gone, prompting Minami to conduct a search. While looking, he finds a mysterious isolated hotel where he decides to take a rest. Not only are the front desk clerks a bit strange, but even the ambiance feels unusual. Minami soon realizes he may have gotten more than he bargained for.

Honda (Koji Matoba), a former Self-Defense Force officer, returns from Iraq emotionally scarred, losing his wife and daughter. He becomes a driver for the yakuza boss Isogaya (Noh Terada) but feels nothing in his hollow life. His emotions are stirred when he meets Kiriko, the wife of a man who committed suicide in Iraq. Kiriko, now Isogaya's mistress, encourages Honda to "live until you die." Motivated by her words, Honda begins a search for his daughter, plunging into the dark world of the yakuza.

Two contract killers cross paths in the middle of the same job and realize they are childhood friends. Together they take a break from killing and visit the small island they once called home. After reflecting on their past lives they decided to team up and use their talents in killing for good... much to the upset of the crime syndicates.

Himuro (Yasukaze Motomiya), assistant Wakagashira of Kyowakai, joins Tamura (Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi) and other Kyowakai executives to track down Fukumoto, chairman of the West Japan Mutsumikai, the mastermind behind the assassination plot against Kudo (Hakuryu), Kyowakai’s chairman. Himuro and his men infiltrate the meeting site, preparing to eliminate Fukumoto—but Yashiro, head of the Yashiro-gumi, pretends to cooperate while secretly leaking information to the Kudo-gumi. Seizing the opportunity, Zaizen, assistant Wakagashira of the Kudo-gumi, makes his move—not against Fukumoto, but against Himuro himself. Meanwhile, Kawatani, Kyowakai’s Wakagashira, is delivered a shocking revelation by Kudo.

After Kunisada's Yakuza leader and father figure is brutally murdered, he and his best friend go on a two-man mission to avenge his death, killing other Yakuza leaders leading to a final confrontation by the old man's killers.
