Cheerful Mimiko has a wonderfully strange family—a Panda for her Papa; and his son Panny, calls her Mom! When Panny follows Mimiko to school, he must pretend to be a teddy bear so Mimiko won't get into trouble. Despite his efforts to behave, Panny causes trouble in school and now the school is after Panny! Then, Panny makes a new friend, Tiny, a baby tiger who's wandered off from the circus.
In its 22 minutes, the TV special briefly covers the influential women involved in the series, such as DuBarry, Polignac, Rosalie, Jeanne La Motte, Maria Antoinette, and Oscar. All the scenes used are taken from the series.

Aoyama Haru and Kagaya Kaede have been friends since they were 4 years old, when they began living next door to each other. They are now 24-years-old and still live in the same apartments. Kaede has held feelings for Haru for the past 20 years, but Haru doesn’t seem to realize her feelings for him. She talks about this situation with her childhood friends Iori and Mio and decides to give up on her feelings for Haru. But, it's not easy for Kaede to disconnect her feelings for him. Meanwhile, Iori has liked Kaede since he was an elementary school student. He approaches her. Seeing this, Haru becomes disturbed. In fact, Haru made a promise with Kaede’s late mother and he is honoring it.
This is James Miki's first directorial work, and he is also the original writer and scriptwriter. Noritaka Sakamoto was in charge of photography, and Kentaro Haneda was in charge of music direction. It depicts how an honest candidate aiming for a clean election campaign gradually collapses in the face of various realities. Kiyokawa, the mayor of Higurashi City, died at his lover's house. Yoshihiko announces that he will conduct a clean election campaign, but his sponsors and backers are reluctant.
