A modest girl, Nastya, who recently came to one of the largest silk factories in Ukraine, fell in love with the foreman and motorcycle racer Gnat Kolyada. After leaving the beautiful Hannah, Gnat proposes to Nastya — and soon the brigade celebrates the wedding. After the birth of their son, the young family begins to experience the first difficulties: Nastya finds it difficult to cope with school, work and household, and Gnat finds solace with Hannah. But the brigade is on Nastya's side. And so, when Gnat leaves the family to sort out his own feelings, the funny Antoska settles into their apartment...

Nikita Dmitrievich Golovlev, a successful businessman, while celebrating his granddaughter’s birthday, receives a strange telegram: “I’m coming with my daughter Victoria. Your greatest love." A stormy showdown begins between Nikita Dmitrievich and his wife. Then the son quarrels with his daughter-in-law, and as a result, the granddaughter, whom everyone has forgotten about, leaves the house wherever she goes. Never before has she wanted to die so much... She is saved by a random acquaintance who explains what the Gift of God is.

The film is based on authentic events that took place in 1957 in Kursk. Fifteen years after the war, the sappers will have to clear away the ammunition depot left by the German's. The town rebuilt with such difficulty is under threat of explosion...

The film consists of four satirical short stories: "The Case of Love," "Mom's Kid," "Betrayed Trust," and "Blot."
