The film is about two friends trying to take down a crime gang. Metin, who was recently suspended from his job as a police officer, is making a living doing other jobs. He befriends Münir, a police detective who has recently moved to the same neighborhood. Münir is currently investigating a criminal gang that the police have been tracking. He offers Metin the opportunity to work together. At first, Metin is reluctant to get involved. However, he eventually decides to do everything in his power to help Münir dismantle the gang.

Ten years old Cemil runs away from his stepfather who tortures him and his mother and ends up in Istanbul. Veli Firat Tanis, the leader of a gang which Cemil takes refuge in Haydarpasa, tries to send him back to his home by putting his pocket money. While the gang gather money for Cemil, they, at the same time, suffer from harsh living conditions. In the mean time Cemil's mother Münevver comes to Istanbul in the hope of finding her son.

The girl meets the young man hiding on the ship and takes a liking to him. When they arrive in Istanbul, she introduces the young man she has been with throughout the journey to her family. The wealthy family hosts parties at their home for their friends. The girl's boyfriend also attends these parties. However, the man, who is not accustomed to such society parties, cannot seem to fit in.

Nuri, who makes a living as a tomboy, has an excessive weakness for women. For this reason, he always finds himself surrounded by women.
