Jeannie is a dark, self-destructive, closeted 17-year-old West L.A. girl. She has to navigate school, friends, her first romance with a girl, and dealing with her bickering divorced parents. Jeannie purchases a Native American pendant to help her gain positive energy. But something goes wrong when the pendent transfers the spirits of her slain parents into her body.
On June 11th, 1997, Philippe Kahn created the first camera phone solution to share pictures instantly on public networks. The impetus for this invention was the birth of Kahn's daughter, when he jerry-rigged a mobile phone with a digital camera and sent photos in real time. Shortly after her family moves to a new town, a teenage girl vanishes. Her mother takes it upon herself to search for her daughter, which puts her on a collision course with a deadly kidnapper.
After a violent car accident robs Grace of her memory, a handsome stranger enters her life, insisting that they are lovers. As her memory returns bit by bit, the stranger's story begins to unravel. Grace is forced to fill in the gaps and uncover the truth, suddenly fearing for her life.
