The plot centers on an investigation conducted by the curious and resourceful Petya, despite the entreaties of his friends, family, and local law enforcement agencies, and throughout the entire journey he is "assisted" by his younger brothers, Sasha and Kostya. After a series of failures and setbacks, Petya still does not give up, collects all the evidence together, and learns the truth about who is to blame for the disappearance of the artifacts and helps return these exhibits to the museum.

In 1908, automotive enthusiast Andrey Nagel and engineer Dmitry Bondarev gather a team of like-minded individuals and begin developing a car. When the viability of their endeavor looks uncertain, Andrey Nagel makes the risky decision to enter their car in the Monaco Rally - a move that could make or break the budding automobile manufacturer's future.

In November, at the very beginning of the terrible winter of 1941, when the blockade ring closes around Leningrad, a group of young iceboat athletes goes out onto the thin, not yet formed ice. The mission to deliver ammunition turns into an operation to save orphans from an orphanage who were not evacuated in time. Former rivals in regatta sports must now turn into a real united team in order to survive themselves and give hope to everyone else.
