Vangelis Mourikis (Greek: Βαγγέλης Μουρίκης) is a Greek film actor. He has appeared in more than thirty films since 1982. He studied in Australia where he did his first works. In the 1990s he returned to Greece and devoted himself to independent cinema. He has been nominated for three Hellenic Film Academy Awards for Best Actor, winning twice, for the films Digger (2020) and Stratos (2014). He has also been nominated for three Hellenic Film Academy Awards for Best Supporting Actor. Mourikis occasionally helps co-write movie scripts, with his work being nominated for three Hellenic Film Academy Awards, two for Best Screenplay and one for Best Documentary.
