The final film in the Phobia Trilogy follows Selim, who suffers from psychological issues due to parental trauma he experienced in his childhood, as he continues his routine life but finds himself caught up in unexpected events when his phobias are triggered during a journey.

Dadaş is a civil servant in an important position within the government. As retaliation for the government's war on the mafia, Dadaş and his family are targeted. He loses his family in an attack, and is seriously injured in the attack. He miraculously survives. Due to his serious injuries, he is forced into disability retirement by the government. Dadaş becomes determined to seek revenge for these events.
