Tsubasa Yonaga is a Japanese voice actor and singer who works for Ken Production. His wife is his fellow voice actress Yuka Nishigaki.
Set on an alternative Earth, Superheroes are celebrities and a high rating TV show rates their achievements, awarding them points until an annual King of Heroes is crowned. Old-school hero Wild Tiger is assigned a new partner with very different views on the heroes role in society but soon a vigilante criminal presents them with a serious problem.

After the events of Link Joker-hen, Takuto Tatsunagi announced an invite-only tournament in a dream, and invited both Aichi and Kai to take part in "Messiah Scramble". The prize being the card named "Messiah", the name of a saviour that was heard in a dream. At the same time, there were many incidents of units disappearing from Vanguard cards throughout the world. Aichi and Kai team up to a confront an enemy that threatens the peace they've just regained. The movie is a prequel to Legion, leading up to Aichi's disappearance.
After winning the fierce Inter High race, Sakamichi and the other Souhoku team members receive an invitation to compete in the Kumamoto Hi Province Mountain Range Race towards the end of summer. The top-tier teams from around the country compete in this race, including Souhoku's rivals Hakone Academy (which yearns to take down Souhoku), Kyoto Fushimi, and Hiroshima Kureminami - as well as Kumamoto Daiichi High School's team led by Shin Yoshimoto.
