"A Balcony in Brooklyn" is a dystopian look at New York City's underground culture in the height of quarantine through eyes of a new roommate pair, Nick and Glad. On the first day into his new lease, Nick awakens to strangers roaming the halls as music blares from the floor below. He spends the rest of his day searching for Glad, venturing through a house of "COVID-Fluent" characters who voluntarily share their views which inevitably collide with Nick's realism.

David and AJ (both 29) are cute, funny, and have more swag than they know what to do with it. Their personal lives are filled with landing 20-something woman and enjoying life, but with their 30's creeping up and working dead end jobs in expensive LA, they need to up their game and make money moves.

A struggling screenwriter finds his latest script mirroring real-life murders, plunging him into a paranoid spiral. As his imagination takes a delusional and dark turn, he must untangle whether he’s inspired by a killer, haunted by one, or becoming one himself.
