There exists a group of siblings with a very particular set of skills: grand larceny. After rocking the country with a gold bullion heist at the airport, the eldest brother in the group forces them to abandon their life of crime. Tempted by the riches of a priceless ring, one of the brothers falls to temptation and is caught. To save their sibling, Syarif, Khairul, Emma, Amiruddin, and Rozland must return to the life they swore to leave behind and plan their biggest heist yet.

Penunggang Agama is a Malaysian horror film 2021 directed by Syafiq Yusof co -produced by Skop Productions and Astro Shaw. It tells the story of a married couple who face challenges in rescuing their family from the threat of the interference of subtle beings.

The movie is comprised of six inter-related stories that tell of the frantic days leading up to the most important election ever in Malaysia. It follows the lives of everyday people, who come together for their common love: their country. Each of the stories told shows the meaning of being a true Malaysian.

Based on the true and ancient rituals of sacrifice from the 13th century in Borneo, Jerunei tells the story of Dr. Sani and a team that goes in search of his wife, who disappeared on an expedition to study a mysterious Jerunei (Burial Pole). Combing through the jungle for answers, each member of Dr. Sani’s team faces hallucinations, malevolent disturbances and transported to strange places. Things take a turn for the worse when one of them is taken over by dark forces from beyond the Jerunei.

Four men succesfully robbed a bank but unfortunately one of their gang members was injured and had to be brought to the hospital. At the same time, a lady who cares for the elderly at an old folks home, brings one of its occupants to the same hospital for treatment. What unsues is the unravelling of a hidden agenda where no one suspects the least, while being pursued by a police investigator at the same time.

Bulan, a 26-year-old Kenyah sape player is trying to crack into the Kuala Lumpur music scene. However, since her mother’s death, she has not been able to dream, and in turn, she has not been able to play any music, much less perform on stage. In an attempt to overcome her creative block, she tries to fix her late mother's heirloom sape. The search for the strings of her mother’s sape takes Bulan to witchdoctor who fixes broken promises, falling in love and a chance to play the sape again.

"Akhirat", very poignantly, shows the relentless strife of a woman, Mira (Vanidah Imran), who struggles her entire life after knowing she is surrounded by the biggest enemy on earth which is going to attack her body. After getting into the frightening and mysterious conflict, she was burdened with the almost impossible - to face the community and most importantly, to bear the responsibility for her whole family.

Three individuals in the city learn the meaning of love, loss and loneliness in this romantic drama. Adam, a successful young chef, expends his energy in creating confectionery masterpieces for weddings, yet has still to find his own bride. Then there is Sufi, who each day runs for miles in an attempt to outrun the memories of his dead wife. Finally, there is Imaan, a young playwright who discovers that theatre is a stage of where her past is finally resolved and her future is unveiled. All three strangers are inevitably linked to a single dramatic moment that transforms their lives forever.

CUAK, which roughly translates to 'cold feet', follows the story of Adam on the verge of getting married and having second thoughts as he goes through the events that lead up to this moment - how they first met, the in-laws and best friends and making tough decisions such as converting ones religion to get married. The film is uniquely told by 5 directors who each direct each of these events as segments of the film, combining together to make one full narrative in a variety of different styles - ranging from drama and comedy to noir and mockumentary - making CUAK a truly Malaysian movie with themes that resonate with a universal audience regardless of race or religion.
