Tomonori Kogawa (湖川友謙, Kogawa Tomonori, born January 3, 1950 in Engaru, Hokkaidō) is a Japanese animator and character designer, often noted for his work in the 1980s with noted anime studio Sunrise.
This is a documentary introduces to the viewer some of the members of Kogawa's Bebow anime studio and a couple short animations that they show off afterwards. Bebow is primarily known for having produced Cool Cool Bye but they also assisted with the animation on various other titles, such as Layzner, Odin: Photon Sailor Starlight, and Greed.
The story centers on a crocodile living a normal life, unaware that he is due to die in 100 days. The crocodile spends ordinary days with his animal companions.

However, in the present day, peace ended when a group of ninja called the Akatsuki attack Konoha under the guidance of Tobi, the mysterious masked man behind Fox's rampage years ago who intends on executing his plan to rule the world by shrouding it in illusions.

Odin centers around the novice crew of the laser sailing space schooner Starlight as they embark on an historic interstellar test flight. Unknown to the crew at this time, a mechanized space fleet approaches Earth and a scout vessel from that fleet was responsible for the destruction of Sara's ship.
