Two years after the death of Schlaban, Oscar Flod is shadowing a drug mule in Denmark. Flod is discovered, abducted and held captive for several months. In the meantime, the police of the Swedish city of Malmö are having great problems with organized crime and lose control of the city. Flod knows who is responsible for the increase in crime and thus is the only one who can restore law and order in the city.

The daughter is kidnapped by a group of Russian extremists who demand nuclear warheads for some dismantled missiles in exchange. The EU contacts the CIA, which deploys a freelance commando team led by Jarrett. The CIA also sends Jinger as an observer, but what Jarrett and his team don't know is that her real mission is to kill Jarrett and the group and bring the girl back herself to erase the traces of US involvement.
