In the heart of Saigon, there's a place where promises are still written in blood.

A Vietnamese-American photographer decides to throw his wedding in Saigon. A day before the wedding, he ends up stranded in a seaside town due to his friends’ prank at the bachelor’s party. Penniless, he reluctantly agrees to be act as a strange woman’s boyfriend in exchange for cash to buy train tickets back to Saigon.

Trinh, a mercenary, must complete a series of organized crime jobs for her boss in order to win the release of her kidnapped daughter.
