Tatiana Lolova was born on 10 February 1934 in Sofia. She graduated in Acting from National Academy for Theatre and Film Art, Sofia in 1955, then played a year at Ruse Drama Theatre and became one of the founding members of the State Theatre of Satire (1956-1978). In 1978-1989 joined the company of Sofia Theatre. In her early career she was more popular for her radio than her stage performances, but the advent of TV made her a real celebrity. Starring in over 50 features and TV series with, among others, An Incredible Story (1964); Birds and Greyhounds (1969); The Five of the Moby Dick (1970); Indian Summer (1973); Stars in the Hair, Tears in the Eyes (1977); Warmth (1978); Good Luck, Inspector! (1983); Dangerous Charm (1984); After the End of the World (1998); The English Neighbour (2011); House Arrest (2011).

The day that the financial clerk Metodi Rashkov is getting retired comes. He is a shy and quiet man and he accepts all tasks given to him by his son and daughter in law without argument. With time, he becomes a housekeeper; he shops, cooks and looks after his grandson. In order to save his face in front of his friends he lies to them and falls in a number of uncomfortable situations. The "Expolsion" becomes imminent. The reason is insignificant but with great consequences. Rashkov leaves his home. Soon the freedom which he wanted becomes boring for him. The abandoned family begins to miss the grandfather. At the end everyone sees their mistakes and is ready to fix them. The birth of a second grandson is the event which brings everyone under the same roof again.

A silly prince wants to marry a beautiful peasant girl. His guards kidnap her, but the girl escapes and returns to her beloved. Meanwhile, a UFO lands in the kingdom and the aliens witness nuisances, court intrigues, and lies. They are not allowed to meddle in other people's affairs, but they still influence the happy ending.

A tenement house needs to have steam heating installed. The residents find the necessary workers to do it, sign the contract and pay them in advance. The workers show up and start their job, but disappear immediately. Panic-stricken, the residents set up to search for them, only to find the workers in jail. Totally desperate, their only chance is to come up with an ingenious plan how to bring the work to the end.

Television adaptation of the comedy "Mihal Mishkoed" by Sava Dobroplodni. Bay Mihal, one of the wealthy residents of the town, is in love with the beautiful Radka. A naive and somewhat foolish old bachelor approaching his fifties, he is determined to marry her at any cost. Around Bay Mihal, there are flattering matchmakers assuring him that she also loves him. He is generous and extravagant, blindly believing their words that they will persuade her to accept him. However, Radka has no idea that Bay Mihal has feelings for her.

The story of two adolescents, Moni and Zhozho, who meet 17-year-old Zheni in 1943 and with whom both fell in love. The events that follow unfold while Bulgaria has to decide on the deportation of 11 343 Jewish citizens in Macedonia and Thrace.

Two friends (Katarina Didaskalou, Stefan Danailov) are separated when their village is divided by Communism, but they meet again 40 years later and begin having an affair.

A provincial town at the end of the 19th century. An adversary arrives who amazes the women with his incredible predictions. He enters the mayor's house and promises a lot of money to the whole family and to a guest - the priest. Allegedly unbelieving, the priest and the mayor pricked up their ears. The money would come from a young man who had recently arrived in the town. The only new arrival is Mancho - the photographer. The mayor and the priest find their way to him, and soon after the two, and after them other prominent citizens, are entangled in the crook's web, to become victims of his greed...

Cheating merchants with guilty consciences are his targets as well. This is the elusive protagonist of the movie. He constantly changes his name, stages his own death, and travels from town to town. His exploits are myriad and his life is an endless adventure. Yet, he remains an amiable swindler, an unrealized actor, whose only goal is make his life more interesting.

"Goodbye Mama" is an intense female family drama, that deals with the lives of four women (a mother, two daughters, a grandmother), their conflicts, social barriers, and the abandonment of the elderly. It is a difficult story that, by entering into the heart of family relationships, where a persons happiness or pain is determined, uncovers truths that are hard to accept, such as a mother who feels no loves for her child, or a child who decides to abandon their parent.
