Sixteenth coming-of-age action film depicting delinquents fighting each other. Two youths who are eternal rivals reunite in an unexpected fashion. Motoki Takashi has helmed the series since the third film. Kinugasa High School top dog Monji (Sano Kazuya) fails to find a successor and gets held back twice. Yuto (Kubota Masataka), who used to exchange blows with Monji, finds employment but gets fired due to his poor academic skills. Painfully aware of the importance of studying, Yuto transfers into the evening class at Kinugasa High School without knowing that Monji is there.
This is the new Gachiban series of juvenile delinquent action films in which young stars can be seen in flashy fight scenes. The hard struggle of the hero who comes from a suburban town to Shibuya in Tokyo is portrayed realistically with guerilla style shooting. High school dropout Kuronaga Yuto (Kubota Masataka) hears that his school upperclassman Yoshio (Suzunosuke) has control over Shibuya, the sacred ground for juvenile delinquents, and goes to the downtown area to become his "pupil." However, Yoshio, whom he meets again after a long time, has become a weakling who works hard at a part-time job distributing packets of tissues to passers-by.
This is the second film in the Gachiban MAX series of juvenile delinquent action films, filmed in a guerrilla style and featuring realistic fight scenes. Kubota Masataka stars in this one, as he did in the first film, with handsome new actors added in vivid fight scenes. Kuronaga Yuto (Kubota), who took control of Shibuya in the first film, moves into Kabukicho in Shinjuku. He challenges a fight against Aikawa Koji (Matsuzaki Yutaka) the Kabukicho high school gang leader who does any bad thing he likes and manipulates yakuza and nightclub hosts with money.
A young high school Yanki (Japanese delinquent), Tokio, gets suspended from his school and ventures out to Ikebukuro. Aiming to become a janitor for at a love hotel, he eventually gets scouted to join a gang. They make money ripping people off, and Tokio begins to question his own actions. The gang thinks all is well, unaware of the bigger threat that awaited them.
High school dropout Leo gets a visit from his deadbeat father, who tells him to become a student in order to reap the benefits of financial aid. Along with his acquaintance Kokoa, he enrolls in night classes at Kinugasa High. Although, he is unaware of the fact that this school is the former home of the infamous “Black Skull Gang”, headed by none other than Monji Mori...
Kinugasa is under attack by a lone Yanki, Goki, who claims to be a member of the Piranha gang. Unable to stop his onslaught, Kinugasa high school is shut down. With Kinugasa’s boss Monji Mori gone, nobody’s there to save them. Desperate for help, Monji’s old friend Taiga Deguchi is called upon for help. Unfortunately for Kinugasa, Taiga isn’t exactly known for his strength...
High school Yanki (Japanese delinquent) boss, Monji Mori, decides to make his mark at Kabukicho, infamous for organized crimes, as his first step in conquering Japan. In the process, he makes a new enemy and needs his Black Skull Gang to avenge him.
Tokio has crushed the leader of the gang he was recruited by to scam people. But, this gets him in trouble with his superior, Baba senpai, who is backed by the yakuza. As a result, Tokio is forced to work for the yakuza, helping them train illegal immigrants to work at a brothel.
Monji is finally back at Kinugasa, and finds out that his school has been shut down. Along with some of his fellow classmates, they try to regain their reputation, and discover a website called “Fuckbook”; a website where all schools are ranked by their strength and power.
