Shizuoka Miyakonojo is a middle-aged paparazzi photographer. His skills as a cameraman are good, but he gambles and is in debt. When he worked in the editorial department for weekly picture magazine 'Scoop!,' he landed numerous scoops. He now works as a freelance photographer and chases after celebrity scandals. Shizuoka Miyakonojo works with Nobi Namekawa. She is a rookie reporter for 'Scoop!' and they land a scoop.



Yanki (Japanese delinquent) Hayato, is on his way with his senpai, (upperclassman) Yocchan to a so-called “resort” job with good pay, food, and housing. Hayato, not being able to commit to work, meets another Yanki who’s trying to work hard and form a family. Meanwhile, Yocchan ends up falling for the lunch lady at the “resort”... Will she be the one for him?

High school dropout Leo gets a visit from his deadbeat father, who tells him to become a student in order to reap the benefits of financial aid. Along with his acquaintance Kokoa, he enrolls in night classes at Kinugasa High. Although, he is unaware of the fact that this school is the former home of the infamous “Black Skull Gang”, headed by none other than Monji Mori...

This is the new Gachiban series of juvenile delinquent action films in which young stars can be seen in flashy fight scenes. The hard struggle of the hero who comes from a suburban town to Shibuya in Tokyo is portrayed realistically with guerilla style shooting. High school dropout Kuronaga Yuto (Kubota Masataka) hears that his school upperclassman Yoshio (Suzunosuke) has control over Shibuya, the sacred ground for juvenile delinquents, and goes to the downtown area to become his "pupil." However, Yoshio, whom he meets again after a long time, has become a weakling who works hard at a part-time job distributing packets of tissues to passers-by.

This is the second film in the Gachiban MAX series of juvenile delinquent action films, filmed in a guerrilla style and featuring realistic fight scenes. Kubota Masataka stars in this one, as he did in the first film, with handsome new actors added in vivid fight scenes. Kuronaga Yuto (Kubota), who took control of Shibuya in the first film, moves into Kabukicho in Shinjuku. He challenges a fight against Aikawa Koji (Matsuzaki Yutaka) the Kabukicho high school gang leader who does any bad thing he likes and manipulates yakuza and nightclub hosts with money.

Following his release from the reformatory, Hayato is a free man and begins working at a Korean host club, the same one Yoshio works at. Unable to handle the woman and work he immediately wants to quit. However, Yoshio soon ends up saddled with a large debt a customer has made and is forced to pay with his life in an illegal underground fighting match. To save Yoshio, Hayato enters instead and comes up against Honda an ex-pro boxer.

Kinugasa is under attack by a lone Yanki, Goki, who claims to be a member of the Piranha gang. Unable to stop his onslaught, Kinugasa high school is shut down. With Kinugasa’s boss Monji Mori gone, nobody’s there to save them. Desperate for help, Monji’s old friend Taiga Deguchi is called upon for help. Unfortunately for Kinugasa, Taiga isn’t exactly known for his strength...
