A high-school girl resents her family’s traditional Taiwanese funeral business, but gains the attention of the whole school after using her knowledge of traditional funerals to help a popular but secretly suicidal classmate perform a “living funeral”. She begins providing living funeral therapy to other schoolmates, helping them with their personal problems such as depression, pressure from schoolwork, and bullying. However, in a dramatic turn, her therapy services quickly start to affect her family, social, and romantic relationships.
