Susanne Bruun Koppel er datter af de to kongelige kapel-musici Julius Koppel og Else Marie Bruun. Hun debuterede på de skrå brædder i Studenterrevyen i slutningen af 50erne. Herefter blev hun uddannet på Det Kongelige Teaters Elevskole og i 1960 fik hun titelrollen i filmen "Gymnasiepigen". Samme år blev hun ansat på Aalborg Teater, hvor hun blev en yndig ung førsteskuespillerinde med hovedroller i "En duft af honning" (debut), "Vildfuglen", "Helligtrekongersaften", "Gidslet", "Andorra" og "Eventyret". I 1966 tog hun med direktør Karen Marie Løwert til København på Det Ny Scala, hvor hun bl.a. spillede med i "Dyrene i Hakkebakkeskoven" og i "Spillemand på en tagryg". Susanne Bruun Koppel brød atter op, da hendes mand, skuespilleren Holger Munk, blev chef for Hvidovre Teater, hvor hun i en årrække medvirkede i et bredt repertoire. Fra 1985 blev hun fastansat sufflør ved Det Kongelige Teater. Susanne Bruun-Koppel blev gift den 4. juni 1963 i Budolfi Kirke, Aalborg med skuespiller Holger Munk.

Winnie's mother is going to Bangkok to settle an inheritance matter and is looking for a good boarding house for her child. She calls Dr. Linager, who tells her that he has a boarding house for "expensive children," but the price is no object to Winnie's mother. When Winnie shows up, the good Dr. Linager is a little surprised. He is a veterinarian and thought he was going to be looking after a Siamese cat, but everyone in the house naturally welcomes the charming little Winnie.

The con artist Prince Fingernem is a regular customer of the waitresses Mona Lisa and young Vicky at the Trinidad tavern – a small, damp paradise in Nyhavn. But paradise also has a snake, of course, Mr. Schwartz, who has big plans for the area.

18-year-old Vibeke Henningsen is a student at a large modern school for girls and boys. She is an only child, and her parents, who are both self-employed, have not devoted the necessary time to Vibeke's upbringing. She was born with a combative and difficult character, and when she is demoted from 12th grade to 11th grade after a probationary period, she directs her hatred toward the school's most beloved teacher, Associate Professor Poulsen, whom she directly accuses of refusing to allow her to continue in 12th grade.
