Set in the future, this tells of an Earth run by a conglomerate called the LaFont Corporation, which uses machines to rule its subjects. "Troublemakers" and malcontents are exiled to an artificial planet called Terra Nova. Problems arise when Terra Nova suddenly shifts its orbit and threatens to crash into Earth.
When an often unappreciated nurse with a flare for drawing draws a cartoon doctor, the illustration springs to life from the pages of her own sketch pad. Bringing with him some whacky yet incredible abilities that would make even the average surgeon jealous.
One day, a sleep-deprived workaholic finally decides that he has had enough of his pressuring boss and puts his foot down.
