Marianne, a woman from a wealthy social background, finds herself living at a campsite. There she meets Stacy, a little girl who is often left to her own devices. Marianne falls in love at first sight with the little girl, whom she quickly comes to regard as her own child.

Pisaura family lives in a isolated house in the middle of the forest. Louise is an artist. Being overwhelmed by her work, she doesn't sleep well. Her wife, Emilie, is a psychiatrist.
