When washed-up actor David Eastman participates in a comic convention in order to earn money for his granddaughter, he encounters his former co-star and rival Rick Majors for the first time in 40 years.

When high school swim team captain Aidan Crew loses his essential after-school job due to his rich bully Will Harrison standing up for him to his boss, he has no idea how he's going to pay his mother's substantial medical bills and rebuild his college fund, until Will offers Aidan a humiliating, but lucrative job as his pool boy.
