Sow Hirosawa (広澤草) is a Japanese film and stage actress. She orignally moved to Tokyo to become a pastry chef. She was with entertainment agency MS Entertainment until 2013, and A-Team from 2013 to January 2024. In 2010, she played the wife of Keisuke Okutsu in the movie The Knot (結び目). She studied abroad in Korea from 2012 to 2013, and appeared in the Korean movie Cat Girl (고양이 소녀).

The movie takes place again in the fictional Wangan Station of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department the once empty space within Wangan's jurisdiction has become a popular tourist attraction. When a string of murders of company execs begins taking place, Aoshima jumps at the opportunity to pursue something other than his current case, which he finds less than inspiring. However the powers that be have other ideas, and Wangan again plays host to a special investigation team from headquarters. Aoshima's friend Superintendent Shinji Muroi, assigned by headquarters to assist Okita, is again powerless to help the local officers as decisions are made by the higher ups.

Izumi is an office lady who lives with her boyfriend, Hiromi, whose illness prevents him from work. One day, Izumi's company undergoes a restructuring. Without telling Hiromi, Izumi begins to hunt for a new job, with little success. Without knowing the torubles placed on Izumi, Hiromi says that he wants to eat a high grade type of melon. For Hiromi's sake, Izumi runs about trying to procure it.

A member of the high school art club called Sakuko falls into the sea while sketching a boat. Witnessing the incident, Saibara creates a painting titled "Drowning Sakuko" and wins an award at a contest, leading the painting to be displayed at school. Moreover, Saibara takes the liberty of announcing that she will paint Sakuko for her next piece during a newspaper interview. Frustrated by the situation, Sakuko gives up on her artistic path and attempts to create a new work with the motif of a "boat" in her home, which is scheduled for demolition.

Originating in Chiyoda Ward's Miyakezaka district, the 122.7 kilometers long Route 246 passes through Japanese trendsetting areas such as Aoyama, Omotesando, Harajuku, and Shibuya, on its way to Numazu City in Shizuoka Prefecture.

As she begins to be troubled from ongoing hearing loss of unknown cause, she finds a job at an ear-cleaning parlor through an old friend. Then one day Ena is reunited with Yoshinobu (Nakata Akira), who is drawn to her beautiful ears.
