Faced with patients who die before they pay their bills, the staff at Carcinoma Hospital has hit on a novel way to keep the patients alive - dispensing hourly boffings so they'll have a reason to fend off the Grim Reaper. Naturally the nubile young nursing corps plays a big part in the plan, and the gorgeous Marlene Willoughby leads the white-clad sexual shock troops into carnal combat. And then there's the incompetent Dr. Mort, played by adult cinema legend big John Holmes. He brings his formidable uh, medical knowledge to keep a string of appreciative female patients in the land of the living.

In the future sexual intercourse is outlawed because of overpopulation and people take anti-aphrodisiac pills in order to curtail any carnal urges. The only form of coitus allowed is done by licensed performers on live television broadcasts as an aid to masturbation. Shrewd, but down on his luck television executive Sherman Frobish, the man responsible for a naughty top-rated TV program, comes up with the bright idea of a live TV sex show contest in which the participants fornicate while racing around on roller skates in order to salvage his floundering career.

The film tells the "story" of a peach from Georgia who winds up in Hollywood to meet stars but instead she just runs into pimps who abuse her before passing her around to their friends.
