Aryan is the college champion in boxing. He is training under Ranveer Singh in order to achieve his dream: winning the national championship. His girlfriend Neha supports him unconditionally and he relies heavily upon her. However, after his life turns unexpectedly into another direction, he gives up boxing and marries instead. He becomes a father and takes up a job as a sports commentator. Despite this, he is not happy. When Ranveer Singh offers him a chance to get back into the ring, Aryan accepts. However, his wife leaves him and he start his journey to reattain is dream and his love.

Gowtam works as a reporter for a television channel. He is nursing a heart break after his girlfriend dumped him for another guy. He attends the wedding of his girlfriend where he meets the another girl Nitya dumped by the groom (her boy friend). They hit off well and become instant friends. Nitya stays in Bangalore and Gowtam stays in Hyderabad. They keep bumping in to each other over a period of years. Though both these people like each other, the fate intervenes to separate them at crucial moments. The rest of the story is all about how this couple finally realises that they are made for each other after few years of courtship.

An average tale, the story begins at Vizag and here lives Kalyan (Allari Naresh) who works as a police informer and ensures crime is zero in his area. His life takes a turn when he sees Swapna (Sneha) and falls in love with her. With some tricks he manages to woo her and finally gets her love. The story takes a turn when Kalyan is given an assignment by the police to expose the illegal dealings of two dons KP and JP (Jayaprakash reddy, Ahuti prasad) along with their big boss in Bangkok Nanda (Ashish Vidyarthi). To add to it, Swapna is the daughter of JP and her marriage is fixed to KP's son (Subbaraju). What happens from there forms the rest of the story.

Avi and Sonia, a young couple, get involved in an accident, following which they start experiencing a series of paranormal activities that threaten to reveal the secrets of Avi's past.

Sushanth is a happy-go-lucky college student whose philosophy of life is summed up as Forget Yesterday, Enjoy Today & Worry Not about Tomorrow which keeps him happy but worries his parents to no end. A transfer brings the entire family to Hyderabad where he flips for his college classmate Sneha on day one. A determined Sushanth woos her successfully and we are treated to a couple of songs in the bargain. Now, Sneha's philosophy of life runs totally opposite of Sushanth and very soon reality sets in. His attitude ruins his marriage prospects with Sneha and they end up separating. The second half of the movie is all about how they try to fall out of love while making compromises to their philosophies. As expected, it ends well with both accepting that Love is above everything else in life!!!

Sadly, Kaash... Mere Hote! relies on the age-old tricks that made masala films so popular with viewers in 1970s and 1980s. The movie throws logic out of the window [the obsessed girl is blessed with super-natural powers], unwanted songs keep popping up every 10 minutes [at times, every 5 minutes], there's a comedy track running parallel, with no connection whatsoever with the main plot. Simply put, Kaash... Mere Hote! is archaic, outdated!
