Baburao La Pakda is the story of a landlord named Baburao who is on the run with his friend`s sister Chameli & his money as well. Comedy ensues when the contract killer hired to locate Baburao finds him & Chameli in Bangkok.

Widower Vitthal Patil (Aaba) wishes his son Yurvaj completes his education and settles well.But Yuvraj only spends his money by doing parties in name of studies. Aaba is joyful when Yuvraj tops in college but finds that he faked his marksheet and scolds him. Yuvraj feels that Aaba does not have right to scold him as he himself is illiterate. Aaba then decides to take education and joins Yuvraj's college where he is made fun at first but soon everyone respects and loves him making Yuvraj jealous while college lecturer Madam Godse falls in love with Aaba.

When Durgadevi's nephew tells her that her son has been blessed with a baby, she leaves behind all grudges and comes to meet him.
