College friends Siddhu and Madhumati part ways due to a misunderstanding. Although they are in love and realize they cannot live without each other, their egos prevent them from uniting.

The story revolves around a haunted farmhouse Mantra Nilayam, which is owned by Mantra (Charmi). She tries to sell the house but due to mysterious deaths at the house, nobody comes forward to buy it. A professor, however, agrees to buy the property on the condition that someone stay in the house for three months. Hero (Sivaji), a goon who looks after land settlements, is ready to stay in the house for the commission promised once the house is sold. The remainder of the film involves how Hero solves the mystery behind the deaths.

Gopalrao hates the concept of love marriage. When his daughter, Sujatha, falls in love with a young man, he threatens to commit suicide if she continues to meet her lover.

Sanjay (Sivaji) loves an NRI girl Sravya (Kaveri Jha). She invites Sanjay for a holiday along with their family in Bangkok. While travelling to Bangkok his bag is exchanges with that of Tyson (Brahmanandam) who is carrying heads of seven people. The rest of the story is all about how Sanjay comes out clean to prove his innocence in front of Sravya’s parents. Analysis: First half of the film is mediocre. Second half is pathetic. The title Naa Girl Friend Baga Rich is not related to the story. It is a crime thriller narrated with dark humor. The director fails in selecting wrong Hollywood film (8 heads in a duffel bag (1997)) to remake in Telugu and falters in a big way. On a whole, NGFBR is a pathetically made film with unappealing content.

Vamsi (Sivaji) buys a pre-owned and fully furnished beach house in Vizag. He saves a dancing girl Maya (Shraddha Das) from a goon in a local gathering. She stays along with Vamsi in his house that night as its raining heavily. As they explore the house, they find a diary written in 2002. They find out that it was written a previous owner, whose wife gets killed and she is rumored to be staying there as a ghost. The events in the diary start happening to this pair. The rest of the story is about unlocking the mystery behind the house.
In Brahmalokam, Brahma (Rajendra Prasad) has a small tiff with Saraswathi Devi (Kalyani) and he decrees that marriage has to be followed by death. In Bhulokam, Sreenu (Sivaji) a happy go lucky struggling to pass his degree chances upon Swetha (Sonia) and it is love at first sight. Meanwhile, Sreenus friend Sobhan Babu (Venu Madhav) does a penance to Brahma and wins his heart. Brahma gives a pot to Sobhan Babu and tells him to drink it, that will give the power to read anyones fate. However, a situation happens and Sreenu ends up drinking it. In no time, his life falls in place, he wins the heart of Swetha. However, Brahma realizes that this boon is causing trouble to the law of nature. He along with Yama (Jayaprakash Reddy) and Chitragupta (AVS) come to Bhulokam to retake the powers. Whether they are successful or not forms the rest of the story.
Maa Ayana Chanti Pilladu (Telugu) is a Telugu film released on 25 July 2008, directed by Raja Vannem Reddy. Sivaji and Meera Jasmine played the lead roles. The film was a remake of succeful Tamil Movie En Purushan Kuzhanthai Madiri.Bullabbayi (Sivaji) is fond of his sister-in-law Rajeswari (Meera Jasmine). He loves her so much and wanted to be flawless with good character. Though Rajeswari behaves that she is not interested in him, she really loves him. Bullabbayi has a property dispute with his stepbrother Veerababu (Subbaraju). In a bid to save a girl called Chintamani (Sangeeta) from being sold by a brothel owner (Anuradha) to Veerababu, Bullabbayi pays her money and takes Chintamani with him and keeps her in his outhouse. Bullabbayi tells her to leave the place the next day, but accidentally, seduces Chintamani, after an attack by Veerababu's men against him.
