She slipped out secretly and ran away. She stepped in front of a passing taxi and got in. "Drive as fast as you can, take me away immediately," she said. And so the adventure begins.

The film depicts a world in which Atatürk never became leader, the War of Independence never took place, and the Ottoman Republic continues to exist in a form adapted to the present day. The continuation of the Ottoman Republic instead of the Republic of Turkey, Ankara not being the capital, signs and license plates being in both Turkish and Arabic, and the sultan wearing a suit under his caftan are some of the tragicomic situations that make up the film's story.

Sıtkı, the head of the four-member Mutlu family, is a man known for his stinginess. His wife Türkan is tired of her life and complains about her husband's indifference to the family. The couple, who have not been on vacation for years, rent a caravan after their therapist's persuasion. As the couple sets off toward Antalya, they encounter some mishaps along the way. Their car breaks down, forcing them to head to Yavaşlar Village. The urban couple, now guests of the villagers, realize there are things they can teach the villagers. This partnership will not only bridge the two cultures but also support a just cause.


One of Istanbul's old neighborhoods wakes up to the news of Binnaz Hanım's death. Binnaz is the mother of Birol and Şenol. Shocked by her death, Binnaz Hanım regains consciousness after a while. Hilmi, a fake imam, leads the funeral prayer. Upon seeing that Binnaz Hanım has regained consciousness, Hilmi, Birol, and Şenol decide to rob a bank, taking Eda along with them. They hide the stolen money inside the coffin, disguised as funeral decorations, and set off for the cemetery. The fake imam tries to outsmart his friends and take the money for himself. The four friends, with the mafia hot on their heels, face every possible misfortune.
