An experimental German film
Clonetown 1974 to 1979: a terrorist defector named Charon sits on the edge of oblivion and commentates on the imminent putrification of an abducted car dealer.
One woman reflects on her relationship with men, the other on her relationship with women. However, the actual liaison takes place between verbal material and visual space.
The film combines photographs (stills) and film photography: 118 photographs and 26 film shots in four sections. 1. Vegetation, 2. a woman working on a printing press, 3. close-ups of the faces of a man and a woman, 4. a sequence of movements on the floor performed by a dancer.
