Shizuka Ishibashi, born in Tokyo, Japan, is a Japanese actress. She is represented by the talent agency Plage. Ishibashi was born as the second of three daughters of actors Ryo Ishibashi and Mieko Harada. She began classical ballet at the age of four, and in 2009 went abroad to study at ballet schools in Boston and Calgary before returning to Japan in 2013. After her return, she was active as a contemporary dancer until she started acting in 2015. From January to April 2016, she appeared on stage in the Noda Hideki-directed play "Gekirin." In 2017, she had the leading role in Yuya Ishii's film "The Tokyo Night Sky Is Always the Densest Shade of Blue." She won numerous awards for her role in the film: including the Blue Ribbon Award for Best Newcomer. Ishibashi's mother received the same award in 1976, marking the first time in Blue Ribbon's history that a parent and child received the same award.

Two short films born from a collaboration between actress Shizuka Ishibashi, who has been practicing ballet and dance since childhood, and director Sho Miyake. By going back and forth between the various movements of the body in everyday life and dance movements, we will explore together the appeal of the body in film.

Kayo is a probation officer who forges ahead with her job. Continuing to work closely with ex-convicts, she is assigned to Kudo who had committed murder. As she endeavors to rehabilitate him, Kudo suddenly disappears and emerges as a suspect in a case.

At the beginning of the 19th century, Japan was under a policy of national isolation. A group of Dutch scholars who wanted to open the country secretly completed a copy of a map of Japan under shogunate control. They sent a young Dutch scholar, Michi-an, as a secret envoy to deliver the copy of the map to the Dutch. Michi-an, hiding himself and making his way through the deserted winter mountains, but the mountain guardians, led by Takayama, had begun hunting in the mountains with a description of Michi-an's appearance arranged by the shogunate.

Prosecutor Komazuki Nao from the Yokohama District Public Prosecutors Office’s Minato Mirai branch and lawyer Tsutaya Madoka (Matsu Takako) from the law firm Yokohama Gold dated for seven years since the time they were in school. Even after they broke up, they have continued to be hopelessly linked to each other.

An original work showing an alternative version of the story of Evangelion with brand new characters. This work depicts the Earth in a devastated state. There are the survivors, and the boys and girls who board the Evangelion to annihilate the enemy called the Apostle. The show combines puppetry, music, contemporary dance and projection arts to create a unique theatrical experience.


On Sado Island, Kii works as a cleaner at a gold mine. One day, she finds a collapsed woman in the facility and takes the woman to her home. The woman doesn't remember her past or even her name. The woman is named Midori by the two other girls living with Kii. Kii gets permission from the director for Midori to work as a cleaner at the mine. One day, Midori is attracted by the presence of cats and this leads her to meet Ao, who works as a night guard at the gold mine. Ao tells her that he also doesn't remember his past. Midori and Ao get attracted to each other and spend time together. One day, Midori meets Murasaki who seems to have a close relationship with Ao. This disturbs Midori.

Jun is a university student. She meets high school student Haru. Haru is looking for Sachiko, the ex-girlfriend of her now deceased father. Jun and Haru meet Tokio. Tokio is the grandson of Sachiko and they learn that Sachiko is now deceased. They find an open-reel tape from Sachiko's articles.
