Sheila Chan Suk-Lan (陳淑蘭, Pinyin: Chen Shulan) is a Hong Kong actress. She was elected First Runner-Up and Miss Photogenic at the 1988 Miss Hong Kong Pageant.

Using alcohol to boost her courage, Lam-lam uses her tipsiness to seduce Wah. Wah sees his love fortune coming and the two of them hook up creating a seemingly imaginary and real bewildered night.
Love Is Not All Around explores modern relationships, interweaving the love stories of the six characters to reveal what love means to young people in metropolitan Hong Kong.
