A young hot tempered boy, Sangram popularly known as Tarri for his fearless attitude and unfettered courage, he fights against all odds and powerful adversaries to achieve what he has decided.

Sonu and Afrin are both seven years old who have enmity with each other. Sonu has a pet goat and he loves it. Sonu's father Jagdish is an Indian soldier, from the village proudly known as Soldier's Village. After some days, India and Pakistan's war begins. Jagdish is battling in the war and his mother vows that if Jagdish will come back home safe then she will kill the goat as a sacrificial gratitude.

Dr Smita and her senior, Dr Khurana, become rivals when she opposes a decision made by him during an operation. When he uses his influence to dismiss her, she gets an inquiry set up against him.
