Sergi Nicolau (Palma de Mallorca, 2002) is a student of Audiovisual Communication at the Alberta Giménez Higher Education Center. He has a deep curiosity for cinema and its ethical, political, and philosophical implications. His journey has been enriched by participation in various creative projects, through which he has explored multiple facets of audiovisual expression. His commitment to interdisciplinarity has led him to engage in initiatives that transcend the boundaries of the cinematic medium, combining his academic training with a constant search for new narrative and aesthetic languages.

Over the years, Segismundo has had to overcome physical and emotional obstacles, dealing with difficulties in walking and moving normally. However, despite the constant challenges, he has found comfort and strength in the unconditional love and support of his family. Together, they have faced the adversities of Andrade’s disease, forming an indestructible bond that has been key in their shared journey.
