Ten years ago a welding instructor was burned alive in a welding prank gone wrong. Now, on the night of the anniversary, he returns to exact vengeance on anyone and everyone in the college! Alex (Serena Bickerstaff), her four friends and the newly hired security guard Neil (Chad Pitura) are the only ones left in the college. No one can save them and the welder won't stop until he's seen enough blood shed in his name.

A couple with marital problems gets lured to a remote retreat. They must put aside their problems to survive after they discover that their lives are in danger.
