Innocent women are being kidnapped and used as guinea pigs for a brain transplant experiment. The diabolical Dr. Frankenstein continues his quest to perfect his brain transplant operation to bring back his deceased wife at any cost - even if it means playing with the lives of others. El Santo and Blue Demon are called in to help when their friend Alicia becomes Dr. Frankenstein's next target. It'll take both heroes to go up against the dastardly doctor and go mano a mano with his super strong zombie Golem.

A former boxing champion now works as a gas delivery man. He is accompanied by two assistants, who try to seduce all the female neighbors in the neighborhood.

Men are turning up dead after receiving anonymous threats that include the date of their deaths. The latest person to receive one of these threats decides to call Santo the crime fighting wrestler for help. Santo must solve the mystery of the men's murders and confront a gang of Nazis operating in Mexico City.

The company photographer is in love with her, so he takes advantage of her and tells her about her husband's infidelities. "Los encuerados": Some women do a casting to renew the male staff of their exclusive business for ladies.
