After the Nazis took power, the resistance searched for a solution to end Adolf Hitler's evil dictatorship. They formulated a plan to bio-engineer super-human assassins, eventually finding their man in one Captain Berlin.

In the Kurdish village "Youngest Heart" not only the walls are unconventional, but also the people. They care about their domestic animals and are sons of the soil. The outside World is of little interest to the villagers. Thirteen-year-old "Devil" Pascha and his gang are always to blame for anything that adds to the chaos in the village. With enthusiasm and cheekiness, he plays pranks on the others, be it the Mullah of the Village, his mother or his sister. His wild temperament and tricks only lead to more disorder between the children and the adults in the village. One day a fat German soprano singer visits the village. She wants to live there for a while to write her doctoral thesis on Kurdish folk dancing and singing. The feudal lord Ali Aga, the Mullah, and in fact all the men, dream of marrying the yellow-haired woman. She does not understand what is going on in the village, but "Devil" Pascha does and uses this get up to new mischief.

Autistic Florian works as an assistant to facility manager Henk in a luxury hotel and is secretly in love with chambermaid Valerie. When it comes to communication, however, the smart guy has his problems, which is why he usually finds it difficult to deal with other people. Meanwhile, Valerie, who unlike Florian is extremely chaotic, pays little attention to her admirer and has other problems to deal with anyway: she is trying to regain custody of her daughter, but is in danger of losing her job as a result. Florian is immediately on hand to help her and is also actively supported by his boss. But can he really win Valerie's heart this way?

Roderik is the brilliant strategist who directs the amorous scams with a great deal of foresight. Fabian is the front man whose charm melts the hearts of the proudest women like butter in the Koh Samui sun. Fabian also tries to win the heart of Miriam Berger, the rich heiress of the famous "Siam Residence" resort, with his well-rehearsed charm charades. But then Roderik's ingenious strategy gets out of hand: Fabian actually falls in love with Miriam and stops thinking about business...
