Samantha Tuffarelli was born and raised in the Bronx in an Italian-American neighborhood, just a stone's throw from where movie icons Chazz Palminteri and Jennifer Lopez grew up. Destined to be an actor, she started at age 2, and booked "Sesame Street," by the age of 7, continuing to work the show until she was 10 Tuffarelli graduated in 2009 and since then has begun to make her dream a reality. She was cast in a variety of roles over various genres, beginning by playing a waitress in the Indie comedy, "No, You Ain't Alright," and then as Mia in the feature film, "Night Bird." Recently she was cast in the upcoming motion picture and Clint Howard vehicle, "Pumping Up." n 2011, she won the "Will You Be My Next Great Success Story," monologue contest sponsored by award-winning director/producer Sam Borowski. Borowski was not only impressed with her skills, but her passion for craft, and the industry itself.
