Two robbers assault a bank place, but things go south quickly. They get trapped inside and they get forced to take hostages. They are demanding a huge ransom and a safe escape to liberate the hostages harmlessly. Saki Kozai is a policewoman in charge of the negotitations, a very beautiful but capable professional who has experience negotiating hostage situations.
