Himeshiro is a wandering yakuza, his father was the best doctor in the eight provinces of the Kanto region, and Himeshiro took over the knowledge of medicine from his father. If he encounters a sick person on the way, he uses his right hand, wrapped in a rosary, to give medical attention, while if he sees a bad person, he draws his sword with his left hand and uses it to punish the evildoers. So he travels on the verge of life and death along the Nakasendo highway...

An office lady, heartbroken after a failed romance with her boss, visits her favorite villa to try and heal her wounds, attempting suicide. Suddenly, bank robbers, escaping their pursuers, break into the villa. She is assaulted by one of the three men, but her hatred for him eventually transforms into love, and she experiences the ultimate physical pleasure.

Kogarashi Monjiro is a lone samurai who agrees to take responsibility for a murder that his friend committed so that he can stay with his dying mother, with the expectation that his friend will confess and get him pardoned once she dies. Monjiro is sentenced to an island for prisoners. When he discovers that his friend's mother has died over a year ago, Monjiro seeks to escape with a group of prisoners in order to get his revenge.

Monjiro, reunited with his long lost sister, is pursued by a yakuza gang because he killed their boss. He also meets a fellow gambler who idolizes Monjiro. The gambler and Monjiro's sister are pulled into a conspiracy to get to Monjiro, but do things go as planned?

A wife gets a call from a man claiming to be from her husband's company. He tells her that he will come to pick her up on his behalf. But when he takes her to the hotel he locks her in a room and rapes her. The kidnapper then calls her husband but he doesn’t want a ransom. For reasons not yet known all he wants to do is to sexually humiliate her and to make sure the husband knows it.
