After being 'cancelled' for telling a bad gay joke, famous comedian Jonathan Lous-Seize returns to his hometown to discover his mother's dying wish: a pop-star themed funeral planned by him and his newly 'out' gay brother, Thomas.

A terminally ill young man wants to live the pleasures of love at least once before kicking the bucket.

JP lives with his brother Vincent, his mother Joe and his girlfriend Mel in a small appartement of Verdun. Constantly walking a tightrope, JP tries to maintain a proper balance between the numerous needs of his family of which he feels responsible for, the collecting job he is doing with his brother and his involvements in his uncle’s drug cartel who he sees as a father figure.

A young man approaching his 20s can either work for his mother in her restaurant or carve his own path and join his friends in Montreal. Before making this decision, he encounters Sara and Léa, two enticing young women who may derail his plans of becoming the greatest chef in the world.

A trained actor, the protagonist is dreaming of playing tragic heroes of the classical repertoire, but his career is going nowhere. In order to earn a living, he becomes “Coquetti the Clown” and gets hired to entertain kids at birthday parties. In the film, we see him on his way to fulfill one of his usual contracts, or so he thinks, not yet knowing that a lifechanging experience awaits him.

After a late night high school graduation party, Chantal and Delphine find themselves walking home alone in the dark. Lost in the forest, their long night walk is punctuated by carelessness and an irrepressible desire to exist.
