The dark crime comedy is set in the present day. The story is inspired by the two biggest and still unsolved robberies that have taken place in our country in recent years. The main characters are three friends who were dramatically separated by fate years ago. Now they meet again in the backdrop of today's Prague. Why are these modern-day musketeers getting together? To make millions together! The robberies are successful, but what next? How can they enjoy their stolen money without attracting attention? Our three heroes discover that this is much more difficult than they originally thought. And they couldn't do it without the backing of international crime. The film is set in Prague and the attractive exteriors of Sri Lanka and Tunisia.

A WW I veteran still haunted by his time in the trenches settles in a small town to work for the railroad company. His pretty wife attracts the attention of the lonely young gravedigger.

The film tells the story of an enthusiastic young man who joins a textile factory in the late 1950s and assumes that a promising career awaits him - the protagonist is therefore constantly comparing himself to his favourite literary model, the equally ambitious Julian Sorel from Stendhal's fresco The Red and the Black. The result, however, lacks the necessary conviction, the ability to draw the viewer into his world, and remains too contrived, as the chosen period has become a mere non-committal backdrop for amorous games.

Professional thief Martin is assigned to steal the largest diamond in the Czech Repbulic, the Czar's Prism for $3M. Needing extra help, Martin brings in his former partner Mandy, an excellent sharpshooter with lethal martial arts skills. Together with two young pickpockets, the group sets out in an adventure of espionage, double-crossing, and explosive action.

The short stories about marriage that Vít Olmer wrote for Playboy magazine when Arnošt Lustig was its editor-in-chief are witty, often with absurd punchlines, and clearly show that the author is a keen observer of life around us. He selected five of them for his new Czech comedy, whose common denominator is actor Jiří Krampol, the main character in each of them.

Dora, a lazy and evil woman, is in love with her servant, Hannes. Hannes, however, loves her sister-in-law, Margareta. When Dora learns about this, she vows revenge against the couple.

Markéta and Honza are a loving and beloved royal couple. The cunning princess Eufrozína beguiles Lucifer with her charm and, with the help of seven-league boots, flees from hell with her father to reunite with King Brambas and deprive Honza of his throne. Honza's evil sister Dora also takes advantage of his absence on a campaign against the enemy and sneaks into the castle, where she almost kills Markýta and her newborn son, just so she can win Honza for herself. This time, however, the lovers are supported by Kujbaba, Hnipírka, Valihrach, the wise godmother, a pair of devils, Lucifer himself, a three-headed dragon with a little dragon, and other characters.

Petr Soukup, a student from Karlovy Vary, is tasked with getting support for student protests in the spa city. However, Petr’s attention is rather absorbed in his relationships with students Zuzana and Martina as well as by the plight of a friend – single mother Jiřina who is making ends meet through sex work.

William Thatcher, a knight's peasant apprentice, gets a chance at glory when the knight dies suddenly mid-tournament. Posing as a knight himself, William won't stop until he's crowned tournament champion—assuming matters of the heart don't get in the way.

The relationship between a teenage daughter and her mother is not an easy time in the life of either of them. But for Jana Burešová and her Simona, it means digging deep into their consciences and searching for sensitive places where the past can be revealed and a path to the future can be found. It is at her forty-fifth birthday party that a devastated Jana learns from the police that her daughter has secretly given birth. The next day, she visits her daughter in the maternity ward, but she refuses to talk to her because she cannot forgive her mother's lack of interest, the fault of which is that she did not even know her daughter was pregnant.
