A rich businessman hires a team of vietnam vets to get his son out of Vietnam, but this group of mercenaries don't plan to go in Vietnam, they just want the money. They make a mistake by killing policeman "Brad Spyder"'s partner, and now he only wants REVENGE!

Brad Spyder flies to Hawaii to uncover a web of bribery, betrayal and lies and when Spyder finds his partner dead, a cat and mouse game between killer and cop begins.

Someone is killing off nubile real estate agents. A psychologist doing a therapy talk show begins getting calls from the perpetrator, and cooperates with the police to try and stop him. Unfortunately, his lover is a real estate agent, and when it becomes clear that the madman is getting information for his kills from her discarded home listings, they both become endangered.
