"Queen's King," tells the unlikely love story of an odd Afro-Haitian couple Ram and Nefe in Florida. Their journey begins when Nefe (Geegee Rock) defies her Christian beliefs to pursue a crush on Ram (Mecca "Grimo") an aspiring rap artist.

Follows Stephanie Duran, a smart and driven young woman who apparently has the answers to everyone else's issues, however, it is challenged by problems faced with her own self-discovery and her soon-to-be husband.

Set against the backdrop of political unrest in Haiti, investigative journalist Margaret Goodman’s reporting on corruption has put her family at risk. Over a simple meal, mother and son grapple with fear, duty and the weight of violence that shadows their lives.
