"Punla" is the story of a childless loving couple. Manny who always wanted to have a child, is impotent. Instead, he asked his friend, Zaldy to provide the "seed" (punla) for his beautiful wife, Jenny.
Set in two contrasting environments that underline the same premise of imprisonment, Selda tells the story of Rommel, a young man who accidentally kills a boy, resulting in his incarceration.
