Paris, 1884. The lives of three orphaned children wandering the streets dominated by ruthless criminals change tragically when they carry out a daring robbery.

1793, French Revolution. For three years now, Charette, a young man retired from the Royal Navy, has been back home. In the country, the anger of the peasants rumbles: they call on the young retiree to take command of the rebellion. In a few months, the idle sailor becomes a charismatic leader and a shrewd strategist, bringing in his wake peasants, deserters, women, old people and children, of which he makes a formidable army. The fight for freedom has only just begun.

Living conditions are tough and they fear being discovered at any moment. But while her parents sink further into despair, Tauba’s fighting spirit shines through. She finds joy in every little thing, from a piano drawn on the floor, to the views of Paris through an open window. Despite extreme circumstances, she will keep hope until the liberation of Paris, and take back control of her life.

The film tells the story of Malony and his education as he grows from a six-year-old into an 18-year-old. A minors’ judge and a caseworker work tirelessly to try to save the young offender.

A group of young activists breaks into a slaughterhouse, aiming to expose the owners for processing meat unfit for consumption. Armed with cameras, they capture damning evidence until they’re caught by the owner and his security team. What starts as a desperate chase to reclaim the footage quickly escalates into a deadly game.

Grégoire Samsa is a solitary young man, a building caretaker, always ready to help everyone, in order to exist. Scorned, even by his adoptive mother, Grégoire will begin an uncontrolled mutation.
