A man's journey home as he drifts in and out of sleep, becoming increasingly paranoid of his surroundings.
Awakened from his resting place, a forgotten Celtic deity sets in motion a dreamlike odyssey through an otherworld of literary obsession and secret knowledge. A maddened philatelist seeks to destroy a stamp's second copy, an Enlightenment-era salon becomes lodged between two séances, a librarian laments an unreadable book, and Saint-Exupéry washes ashore in Spanish Florida.
In a secluded commune, where life is all-pink and harmonious, nothing else exists beyond its borders until one of the young women mysteriously disappears. When her three friends go searching for her, what they find shatters everything they’ve ever known; a colour they cannot name...red. Whilst struggling with the disappearance of their friend, a mysterious man arrives. Strange, but seemingly harmless, he introduces subtle changes that begin to stain their ‘perfect’ world. The young women become suspicious of the man and decide that to return to their old virtuous ways of life, they must be rid of him.
