By visiting friends who still live in Life and Film Jasny first person will have their own history and some decisive events in his life: the Nazi invasion and subsequent Soviet invasion of Czechoslovakia, exile and his arrival in New York years later.

"Secrets of a Hollywood Star" is another documentary made after "Calling Hedy Lamarr" in 2006. It features interviews with Hedy's friends in both Europe and Hollywood and her film/studio partners.

The film tells the true story of Kurt Gerron, a German-Jewish cabaret and film actor in the 1920s and 1930s who was sent to the Theresienstadt concentration camp where he was commanded to write and direct a Nazi propaganda film.
