Unknown to either of them, they both seek the hand of a charming young lady whose creditor-hounded parents' desires are for a well-to-do son-in-law. However, the girl's affection leans toward Ralph. In the meantime Ralph enlists the aid of his wealthy pal in the matter of financing the motor factory. Thus assured of success, he hastens to his sweetheart with matrimonial plans all set. All is well until the four meet at a restaurant party.
